We are based in Hong Kong, where our store owner grew up in a family neglecting the importance of fitness for reasons like inaccessibility, time-consuming. As his parents got older, many health related issues started to emerge. From then on, our owner made the decision to build a brand for accessible, professional, time-efficient fitness, paired with high-grade recovery.
