Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping for all orders over 50 GBP. For orders below 50 GBP, standard shipping rates apply.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@celestrafitness.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Can I request a return?

We allow returns for items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@celestrafitness.com within 30 days after receiving your item.
